A new year brings new leadership to the Auglaize County Public District Library. After long time director Jo Derryberry retired in September, the library board started their search for a new person to lead them into 2012 and beyond. Auglaize native Beth Steiner was recently named as the new director of the Auglaize County District Library. Steiner had been the youth services director at the library for the past 5 years. She is excited about her new position and the opportunity to move the district forward. The first thing on her agenda, the patrons. Steiner says all 6 of the districts library's are top notch and looks forward to visiting them all.
