Starting its third season, the Com-Unity Park Praise and Prayer will be at Robb Park this coming Monday.
The evening of worship and fellowship was created to offer a place for individuals to come out and share their concerns about the need to stop the violence in Lima and the world. It focuses on sharing the love of GOD and bringing unity to the community. All are welcome.
Founder MaryBlanche Hengstler explains, “We pray a little bit, we read our 2 founding scriptures, and we usually will have a 3-to-5-minute talk about unity and how we can stop the violence. How we can stop the bullying, how we can each help one person. If we help one person, it’s a good day.”
A light supper will be provided at Monday’s program starting at 6:30 pm at Robb Park.
