PUTNAM COUNTY, Ohio (WLIO) — A Dupont man was hospitalized Sunday following an electrocution incident in Putnam County.
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old John Richard Breckler was taken to Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center following the incident.
According to deputies, Breckler was attempting to remove a remote-controlled airplane from a tree when he came into contact with electrical lines.
His condition is unknown at this time, and the incident remains under investigation.
