Another man has been arrested and charged with murder after the New Year's Eve death of a Sidney man. They arrested 22 year old Christopher Fitzpatrick on one count of murder, after assaulting 33 year old David Michael at a party early New Years Day. Michael was taken to Wilson Memorial Hospital by a private vehicle and died shortly after arriving. Officer's previously arrested another suspect in the death; 33 year old Timothy Spranger who is also charged with murder. Spranger fled the scene and was apprehended by Shelby County deputies later New Year's morning.
