St. Marys Rotary Club had a special guest at their weekly luncheon this afternoon.
Former Ohio State linebacker and NFL player Anthony Schlegel spoke with St Marys members on being a game changer. Schlegel spent two years at the United States Air Force Academy before transferring to Ohio State to play two years of football graduating in 2005. Then, Schlegel became the third round pick for the New York Jets. In January 2011, Schlegel returned to his college Alma Mater as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Buckeyes. He says it's important to remain connected to the community and inform people that we can all be game changers no matter where we are in life. Schlegel also played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Florida Tuskers.
In addition to coaching, he is also the owner of the fitness company, Schlegel Hardcore Elite Training.
