SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP, OH (WLIO) - Multiple local emergency agencies responded to a two-story house fire Tuesday Evening in Shawnee Township.
Shortly after 8pm Tuesday Evening, Shawnee Township firefighters arrived to the two-story house on South Dixie Highway just south of Breese Road with a significant amount of fire showing from the second story of the home. Once on scene, mutual aid from Perry Township and Cridersville was called in to assist with the fire. No one was home at the time, but firefighters did rescue a dog located in the basement. There are no injuries to report at this time.
