The Allen County Ag Hall of Fame now has a location to honor its inductees. The new home for the display is at the Johnny Appleseed Farm Park on Slabtown Road. The Ag Hall of Fame inducted their 12th class Thursday night, and some of them joined other hall of famers to help cut the ribbon to mark the occasion. The Chamber of Commerce's Agribusiness Committee has been working on getting a permanent location for the hall of fame for about six years now. Now they have a spot to honor and learn about the families who are involved with the number one industry in Allen County.

BATH TOWNSHIP, OH (WLIO) - The Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District's continued on Saturday with a performance of genuine traditional Irish music.

The Barn Artist is wrapping up and preparing to unveil his latest work.

Estimated to have been built as early as 1857, the barn is currently going through renovations to be used as a storage facility for the park. 

History came alive this weekend at the Allen County Farm Park. Members of the Area Horse and Harness Club brought their draft horse teams to the park to plow the fields, using old fashioned tractors to get the job done.  The Old Fashioned Farm Days have been a tradition for the last several decades, and the park is one of the last places that hobbyists can plow using horses.  The event is reminiscent of how plowing was done in the past.
