“Now that you know what you know, and you know where some of our students come from, and maybe some obstacles that they have at home, how can you gage your teaching to meet the needs of all the students,” Winkler said.
“We’re hearing from residents about needing more curbs, more street paving, as well as lighting,” Smith said. “That’s an ongoing discussion we’re having in the city about how we can use our existing resources to be able to deliver those necessities to our neighborhoods.”
“So this is Tri-M Music Honor Society. Basically, it's almost like a community service organization, but kind of music-related,” said Skyler Slaise, a senior member of the group. “Today we're here at Springview, which is a nursing home, and we're just gonna be playing some music.”
LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - It's a time for fellowship, nourishment, and connection at the Greater Christ Temple.
The group, led by trained facilitators, offers participants the opportunity to share experiences, discuss challenges, and explore potential solutions with others who understand their struggles. Organizers say the meetings have been beneficial for many caregivers.
