The Lima Elks Lodge No. 54 donated $10,000 to the Lima Children’s Developmental Center through a grant from the Ohio Elks Association. The funding will help the nonprofit continue providing early intervention and preschool services for children with developmental disabilities in Allen County.

The Lima Kiwanis Club is celebrating Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month by highlighting its Aktion Club, which provides adults with developmental disabilities opportunities to serve their community.
