Earlier Wednesday, the Kessler Estates of Senior Living put on a health and wellness expo. Free and open to the public, the expo serves as a reminder and opportunity to educate residents and those within the community about the resources and services nearby that can both benefit their lives and mental well-being. Providers in attendance consisted of physical and occupational therapy, senior living community, and home health, with participants able to walk away with a raffle prize.
