LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Earlier Wednesday, the Kessler Estates Senior Living put on a health and wellness expo.
The expo was free and open to the public.
Free and open to the public, the expo serves as a reminder and opportunity to educate residents and those within the community about the resources and services nearby that can both benefit their lives and mental well-being.
Providers in attendance consisted of physical and occupational therapy, senior living community, and home health, with participants able to walk away with a raffle prize.

"To share the resources that are available to people that they might not know about. We have vendors come in and set up tables to share their services so that they know that there are many resources available to our community to help. It's very important, especially for our elderly, to help them stay young," said Amy Howard, Kessler Estates Senior Living.
