LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — Residents will have the chance to “come on down” and support Downtown Lima Inc. during its annual Game Show Extravaganza, a popular fundraiser offering more than $10,000 in prizes.
The event has become a community favorite, drawing participants for an interactive game show-style experience while raising funds to support downtown revitalization efforts. Organizers say they are hoping to see even more attendees this year for a chance to win big.
Executive Director Cricket Rodriguez said the event offers different seating options to fit a variety of experiences.
“We have two types of seating available this year. We have general admission, which gives you the full audience experience for when you get called to come on downtown, you get to run through the rows of chairs to come to your spot on Contestants Row. And if you prefer prefer a more casual evening, we have tables available that are only for seating of eight,” said Rodriguez.
The Game Show Extravaganza will take place Thursday, April 16, beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are available by pre-sale only and can be purchased through Downtown Lima Inc.’s website.
