LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — The K&M Contracting Play of the Week takes us back to Spartan Stadium, where Lima Senior opened the 2026 football season against Piqua.

With the Spartans leading by seven in the second quarter, Da'Kaden Taylor received the pass and broke away from multiple tackles.

Once Taylor found an opening, he turned on the speed and raced 71 yards to the end zone.

The touchdown extended Lima Senior's lead to 22-7 following a successful two-point conversion.

The Spartans went on to defeat Piqua 42-13, opening the season 1-0.

Taylor's explosive run earns him this week's K&M Contracting Play of the Week.
