Lima residents connect with police at second Coffee with a Cop event

Dozens of Lima residents joined police officers and city officials Thursday morning for the city's second Coffee with a Cop event in downtown Lima. The event focused on building relationships, discussing community concerns and strengthening partnerships between residents, law enforcement and city officials.
