The number of individuals relying on credit cards continues to skyrocket, and as interest rates climb, that debt only gets more expensive. While paying that minimum balance might avoid late fees, that method usually leads to long-term debt. We spoke to a local financial advisor who says if you are paying down your debt but the balance isn't budging, it may come down to your payment strategy.

The chief clinical officer for Health Partners of Western Ohio, Dr. Warren Morris gave an inside look into local treatment efforts to help people addicted to opiates, stimulants, and alcohol. Dr. Morris says that we don't have waiting lists for aneurysms or for emergency C-sections, but there are waiting lists to get people into treatment programs, and having an addiction is just as deadly. And he would like the public to understand that addiction is like any other disease.

This is Anna Marie Klink's first trip up in a hot air balloon at the age of 100. She and dozens of other Otterbein Cridersville residents got to mark this one off their bucket list. Midwest Balloon Rides based outside of Indianapolis provided the rides. Otterbein administration says it all happened because a resident's son knew a person who knew a person and the rest is history.
