The local chapter of the NAACP say a case involving a group of underage teens was not handled properly by the Lima Police Department and they want answers. 

17-year-old Albert McDowell will be returning to Allen County Common Pleas Court to be tried as an adult.

A Lima teen who is accused of killing another teen last year, may get charged as an adult, again. 

The Lima teen accused in the shooting death of Da'Veon Petaway has been indicted on two charges by the Allen County Grand Jury.

The teen arrested in connection to the fatal March 7th shooting at Meat City, appeared in court Thursday afternoon.
