A Lima teen who is accused of killing another teen last year, may get charged as an adult, again.
Judge Glen Derryberry held an amenability hearing with Albert McDowell's attorney and the prosecutor, to see if the case will return to the Allen County Common Pleas Court, so he can be charged as an adult.
17-year-old McDowell allegedly shot Daveon Petaway in front of Meat City over a year ago after an argument. McDowell plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter with a gun specification earlier in December and his case moved back the Allen County Juvenile Court.
Judge Derryberry says he will issue a written decision if the court will charge him as an adult sometime next week.
