Activate Allen County has some tips for those wanting to quit smoking and or vaping. They understand that quitting is going to be difficult and you shouldn't try and do it alone. There are several programs available to provide you assistance in quitting. They also suggest finding healthy alternatives like carrots and celery sticks. Set an official quit day and keep your hands busy.
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services released the numbers for all 88 counties. Mercer County had the lowest rate in the state at two-point seven percent. Auglaize and Putnam fell slightly last month. Allen and Hancock Counties remained unchanged from June to July.
Allen County Engineer Brion Rhodes – “The current intersection is at about a 45-degree angle which is really hazardous as far as an intersection is concerned. So, the new intersection will be at a 90-degree angle and that will be much safer.”
