Activate Allen County has some tips for those wanting to quit smoking and or vaping. They understand that quitting is going to be difficult and you shouldn't try to do it alone. There are several programs available to provide you assistance in quitting. They also suggest finding healthy alternatives like carrots and celery sticks. Set an official quit day and keep your hands busy.

"Quitting tobacco is one of the hardest things that we can do. And doing it alone is almost impossible to do. 62% of the smokers here in Allen County have tried unsuccessfully to quit in the past. And so it's a challenging thing to give up and without help, aids, and support network it can be very challenging," said Josh Unterbrink, Activate Allen County.
