The Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Summit County law enforcement released a sculpture and rendering of what they think the man looks like. They believe he is five foot nine inches tall, and between 30 and 55 years old. In January of 2016. The skull was found outside of a burned-out building, and more remains were found inside. But thanks to reconstruction experts with BCI and Ohio State University, a model was made and new technology provides a wide range of looks.

The 173rd Allen County Fair has arrived and is in full swing with fairgoers enjoying plenty of food, fun, and festivities. However, one special, talented group of artists from French Lick, Indiana, traveled to Lima with chainsaws, carving tools, and enormous tree logs to craft large, wooden sculptures in front of a live audience: meet the Bear Hollow Wood Carvers!

Each year, the American Dairy Association Mideast, on behalf of Ohio’s dairy farmers, selects a theme to feature in butter that is non-political, non-controversial and reflects optimism and broad audience appeal. The COVID-19 pandemic caused a two year hiatus of butter cow sculpting, with the 2022 butter display making its in-person debut once more as the biggest display to ever be at the Ohio State Fair.
