A Coldwater man has been arrested following a search warrant executed at his residence Monday afternoon. 55-year-old Jeffery Marbaugh was arrested and transported to the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility for felony possession of drugs. On Monday, the Mercer County Sheriff's Office suspected drug activity at Marbaugh's residence at 502 West Plum Street in Coldwater and obtained a search warrant from the Celina Municipal Court.

Two people were arrested in Mercer County on drug-related charges. According to Sheriff Jeff Grey, deputies were called out to 6310 State Route 117 in Rockford for a domestic disturbance complaint. While investigating the scene, they found suspected evidence of drug use. Deputies then secured the scene and applied for a search warrant.

Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart has released information that they believe they have found the body of a missing Hardin County man. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification executed a search warrant at 304 Hunsicker Street in McGuffey earlier Tuesday. Neighbors tell Your News Now that this house is where Bolen lived. A release from Sheriff Everhart states that they found a body that they believe to be Michael Bolen, who has been missing since March 29th. His son Dustin Ray Bolen was indicted for his father's murder and arrested on November 7, 2024, even without his father's body being found.

November 24, 2024, Press Release from the Van Wert County Sheriff's Office: Van Wert County Sheriff Thomas M. Riggenbach announced that deputies are investigating the death of two people found in Ohio City. Sheriff Riggenbach stated that on 11/24/2024 at approximately 8:09 AM hours, his office received a call from an individual stating that a friend had confessed to killing his girlfriend and another man. The caller said the friend also said he was going to kill himself. The caller explained the friend had left and was no longer with the caller. A deputy responded to the caller's location to gather additional information while deputies continued working on the information the caller initially provided. Sheriff Riggenbach advised that deputies obtained additional information by talking to several different people and made entry to a home in Ohio City to check the welfare of the home resident. Once inside the house, deputies located a female and male subject who were both deceased as a result of gunshot wounds. Deputies secured the home and contacted the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation to respond and assist in processing the crime scene.

November 21, 2024, Press Release from the Mercer County Sheriff's Office: Celina, OH – Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey reports the arrest of an individual yesterday on drug related charges.  On Wednesday, November 20th at 1:20 PM a deputy of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  Information obtained from the traffic stop lead to the application of a search warrant. Deputies were assisted by Mercer County Prosecutor Erin Minor in applying for the search warrant, which was later reviewed and granted by Celina Municipal Court Judge Kathryn Speelman.

November 20, 2024, Press Release from the Findlay Police Department, Hancock METRICH Enforcement Unit: On 11/202/24 at approx. 2330hrs, the Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force assisted by the Hancock County Special Response Team (SRT) executed a narcotic search warrant at 119 S. Cumberland St., Arlington OH. The search of the residence yielded suspected methamphetamine, suspected Prescription Pills and drug paraphernalia. Multiple items indicative of drug trafficking were also located.
