Bath — Bath found its footing Friday night, pulling away early and rolling past Allen East 52–26 as both teams looked to end recent losing streaks.
Allen East struck first, with Deacon Jones drilling a straight-on three-pointer to open the scoring. Bath answered behind Dagan Hawkins, who showed his range by knocking down back-to-back triples on consecutive possessions. Hawkins led the Wildcats with 14 points as Bath grabbed early control.
The Mustangs tried to generate offense in transition, highlighted by Drew Pester’s hesitation move and strong finish through traffic. Braxston Montgomery added a highlight of his own for Allen East, creating space with a dribble step-back before burying a three.
Still, it was Bath dictating the pace. Josiah Clark added to the Wildcats’ advantage as they continued to stretch the lead on both ends of the floor.
By the final horn, Bath had turned a balanced effort into a decisive 52–26 victory over the Mustangs.
