DELPHOS, Ohio (WLIO) — Week 13 of the high school boys basketball season featured several standout performances, but this week’s K&M Contracting Play of the Week belongs to St. John’s standout Cameron Elwer.
The Furman commit came up with a steal and took it the length of the floor for the score, one of many highlights in a historic performance.
Elwer poured in a school-record 53 points as the Blue Jays defeated Parkway 95-53. The dominant showing helped St. John’s secure its third straight outright Midwest Athletic Conference championship.
Delphos St. John’s finished the regular season a perfect 22-0 and will return to the court Thursday to face Hardin Northern in a sectional final matchup.
Until then, congratulations to Cameron Elwer on earning this week’s K&M Contracting Play of the Week honors.
