CELINA, OH (WLIO) - 46-year-old Brian Winner was facing 47 charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor, pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor, and possessing criminal tools. But after taking a plea deal, 29 of the charges were dropped. The judge sentenced him to a minimum of 13 years in prison to a maximum of 15 years. Winner was found guilty of similar charges back in 2017 and was sentenced to nearly two and a half years in prison back then. He is now labeled a Tier III sex offender and will have to register with the sheriff's office where he is living for the rest of his life.
