It's official, Allen County now has another new commissioner. Cory Noonan was sworn in on Sunday in the 3rd District Court of Appeals. Noonan was congratulated by family and friends as he gets set to join newly elected County Commissioner Jay Begg.
Noonan has already started working with his fellow commissioners to figure out what issues they should tackle first. Once in office, Noonan hopes to turn his focus to Lima's business economy.
