With the rising number of COVID cases, Allen County Public Health is making some temporary operational changes.
The vital statistics office where you can get birth and death certificates will be closed daily from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. The health department will only be providing isolation letters to county residents by request only. You must provide the date of the positive test and the date a home test result was reported per test instructions.
