LIMA (WLIO) - The volleyball season got underway Monday night, with Lima Central Catholic visiting Bath in an Allen County matchup.

LCC took the opening set 25-22 before Bath answered with a 25-18 win in the second.

The Thunderbirds responded by taking the next two sets in tight fashion to secure a 3-1 victory.

LCC opens the season 1-0, while Bath falls to 0-1.
