LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - Effective September 1, 2025 the Area Agency on Aging 3 will no longer be the provider for Allen County 211.
211 provides callers with information and referral to social services for everyday needs and in times of crisis.
Toledo 211 will now provide the information and referral services for Allen County using local Allen County staff to ensure the integrity of the local service is maintained. Allen County residents will continue to dial 211 to be connected.
The United Way of Greater Lima and Mental Health and Recovery Services Board is committed to this valuable service that supports the residents of Allen County with referring them to programs and services they need.
