LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — A Lima man faces charges following a drug raid conducted by the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force.
Nathan McGue, 28, was charged with possession of cocaine after the raid on January 24. The Crime Task Force, along with the Allen County and Lima Police SWAT teams, served three search warrants in the area. Authorities seized significant amounts of suspected cocaine, fentanyl, and drug-manufacturing equipment. They also confiscated rifles, semi-automatic handguns, and a revolver.
McGue was arrested at a residence in the 700 block of Holly Avenue. He is currently out on bond.
February 11, 2025, Media Release from the Allen County Sheriff's Office: On January 24, 2025 the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force and members of the North West Ohio Safe Streets Task Force, with assistance from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T. Team and the Lima Police Department S.W.A.T. Team, served three search warrants in the City of Lima, Allen County, Ohio.
Rifles, semi-automatic handguns, and a revolver were locate during the search along with large amounts of suspected cocaine, fentanyl, and drug manufacturing equipment.
Nathan Michael McGue (DOB: 9/04/1996) of Lima was taken into custody at a residence in the 700 block of Holly Avenue on charges of possession of cocaine and booked into the Allen County Jail.
