Likely tornado tracks throughout Mercer County and Auglaize County causing damage

AUGLAIZE COUNTY AND MERCER COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - Multiple homes and buildings are reported damaged to the south of Grand Lake after a reported tornado touchdown, and while there are reports of property damage, the good news so far, we are not hearing reports of injuries. The storm appeared to have started near the Ohio-Indiana line touching down in the vicinity of Coldwater and moving east toward Auglaize County following along State Route 219. Along the way, homes and buildings were damaged, and power lines were downed. First responders were reportedly going house-to-house along State Route 219, Southland Road, and parts of 66-A to check for damage and anyone needing help. Traffic was being diverted from State Route 219 because of debris and the number of downed power lines.
