LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) – A Lima man has been indicted on sex-related charges involving a young victim.
An Allen County grand jury charged Ernesto Palo, 70, with six counts of rape, five counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
According to the indictment, the victim was under 13 years old, and the charges stem from incidents that allegedly occurred between February and March of 2025.
Palo is currently being held in the Allen County Jail on a $1,000,000 bond.
