Daniel Bixler pleads not guilty in Vera Jo Reigle murder

The Tiffin man accused of the brutal murder of a Findlay mother says he's innocent.

21 year old Daniel Bixler entered a not guilty plea in Hancock County common pleas court on Wednesday. He has been charged in the murder of 24 year old Vera Jo Reigle. Reigle's body was found on a train tressel in Findlay on March 27th. Judge Niemeyer kept Bixler's bond at one million dollars.

He is charged with one count of aggravated murder, tampering with evidence, felonious assault and 2 counts of kidnapping. Both Bixler and Nicole Peters, the juvenile being held in connection with the murder, are due back in court Monday.
