Fostoria man injured in two-vehicle accident

A Fostoria man is in critical condition after a collision in Hancock County Friday afternoon (7/13/18).

At about 3:45 p.m. Hancock County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of County Road 216 and County Road 23 in Washington Township. Officials say Beth May of Arcadia was traveling east on 216 in a black sedan and failed to heed the vehicle of Richard Peace of Fostoria, who was traveling north on 23, causing a collision. Peace was hurt in the accident and Life Flighted to St. Vincent Hospital in critical condition. May is okay. 

The crash remains under investigation.
