KENTON, Ohio (WLIO) — A Hardin County man is in jail after being indicted on nearly 50 sex-related charges involving a minor.
Carlos Rivera-Alejandro, 29, was indicted by a Hardin County grand jury on 20 counts of rape, 20 counts of sexual battery, seven counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of grooming.
According to the indictment, the female victim was under 15 years old when the alleged offenses began in October of last year and continued until a couple of weeks ago.
Rivera-Alejandro is being held at the Multi-County Jail. His bond has been set at $750,000.
