Ohio Means Jobs Allen County is encouraging anyone looking for a job to come out to their offices Friday, as two local companies are having hiring events.
U.S. Plastic Corporation and PPG Coatings Services Metokote Corporation are looking for employees. Both are in need of filling multiple positions. Representatives from the companies will be on hand, May 12, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If interested, bring your resume or have Ohio Means Jobs help you with one. They will have you fill out an application and you could have an interview on the spot, so dress accordingly.

"Everyday we have employers calling. We post probably five to six jobs a day and with each job that we post we do recruitment for those positions. So we have our job coaches actively searching resumes, reaching out to folks, screening if necessary for those positions," said Workforce Development Supervisor, Paula Siebeneck.
