A motion was filed in common pleas court, in the case against the former Miss Kentucky USAÂ winner.
28-year-old Kia Hampton filed another motion to suppress evidence, the evidence being the audio recording of what took place before Hampton was read her Miranda Rights. Hampton is facing one count of bringing drugs onto the grounds of specified governmental facility. An anticipatory warrant was issued when Hampton arrived at the Allen Oakwood Correctional Facility back in May this year. While reading the warrant a balloon of marijuana fell down her pant leg to the floor.
