A local business and organization join forces to help out the elderly and disabled in the community.
Fits Lawn Care and the Salvation Army teamed up to create "Lawn Angels". The program provides affordable lawn care for individuals that aren't able to afford or maintain their lawn due to health problems or disabilities. The Salvation Army is in charge of processing individuals for approval and once approved, Fits Lawn Care will come out and provide their service.
Brandon Stuber, owner of Fits Lawn Care says many times people aren't able to afford lawn care services so Lawn Angels allows them to help out in the community to those who need it.
For more information about the service you can call the Allen County Salvation Army at 419-224-9055.
