Lima woman found guilty for not disclosing HIV to partners

A Lima woman could get some prison time for not disclosing to her sexual partners that she is HIV positive.

According to media outlets, 48 year old Kelly Bean was convicted of two counts of felonious assault, which are felonies of the second degree, in Summit County Common Pleas Court. Bean had sex with two different men before telling them that she was HIV positive.

Bean will be sentenced on the felonious assault charges on March 11th.
