The Marathon Petroleum Corporation out of Findlay was rated America's Best Employer in the U.S. By Forbes Magazine. The Ohio-based company has more than 45 thousand employees nationwide.
In an interview with Forbes, Marathon Corporation CEOÂ Gary Heminger says they operate with "the best safety and environmental skills available". Each year the magazine compiles a list of the best employer's in the country by surveying more than 30 thousand U.S. workers.
Workers are asked how likely they are to recommend their employer to someone else. The resulting list included 500 employers across a variety of industries.
