LIMA, OH (WLIO) - It's a huge market that seems to be untapped in northwest Ohio and federal contracting could be the right fit for your small business.

The government buys a little bit of everything and the Ohio Procurement Technical Assistance Center wants to help businesses get connected with the resources to be productive in government contracts.

"In Ohio, PTAC clients procure over 1 and a quarter billion dollars a year. In northwestern Ohio, the 13 counties in the northwest corner, over 15 million dollars. And it's not for everybody but for those who can contract and are willing to put in the time and the effort, it could be a very good bucket to generate revenue," explained Doug Durliat, Rhodes State College.
