LIMA, OH (WLIO) - It's gearing up to be an interesting show next week at ArtSpace!

Much like an "open mic" night, Artspace/Lima presents its first "open wall" exhibit. It's a chance for individuals who dabble in the arts to have their work displayed in a gallery setting. Executive director Sally Windle says she is impressed with the quality and variety of work they received in the "first come, first served" call for work.

"We did not put any parameters on this. We just said if you have a piece that we want to put in an art show, here it is. We have everything from collage, installation, pottery, lots of paintings, prints, so there's going to be a lot for everybody to see," said Sally Windle, ArtSpace Lima executive director.

They are currently hanging the show with the opening reception on Tuesday, July 9th, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The show will run from July 9th through July 19th. ArtSpace/Lima is located at 65 - 67 Town Square Lima, Ohio 45801.
