LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — The Park After Dark Movie Night series returns Friday evening with a patriotic-themed screening at the Greater Lima Region Park and Amphitheater.
The second installment of the summer series will feature the film National Treasure, starring Nicolas Cage, in recognition of the nation's upcoming 250th anniversary celebration. Gates open at 7 p.m., and the movie is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets for outdoor seating. Concessions will be available for purchase, with proceeds helping support future movie nights.
The event is free and open to the public and is hosted by the City of Lima and the Lima Festivals and Amphitheater Alliance with support from several community sponsors.
