Meteorologist Stephen Puglisi's Thursday AM Forecast 7/2/26
Extreme heat continues for one more day across the region. Highs for your Thursday will likely once again climb into the mid-90s and, with high humidity, heat index values will range from 100-105 this afternoon. The good news is that the absolute worst of the heat will come to an end today, although tomorrow still looks to be on the hot side. Thunderstorms will also develop randomly tomorrow afternoon, a trend that will last all of the next 7 days. We do have a break in the heat on the way, but will it arrive in time for the 4th of July? Find out in the forecast!
