Rhodes State College project progressing

The landscape in downtown Lima has changed as the Rhodes State College project is on schedule.

Buildings have come down and the ground has been graded in the southeast corner of the square, giving it a totally different look. There's still several buildings yet to come down and some haven't been acquired yet for the project. The 20 million dollar center for health, science, education, and innovation will be 75,000 square feet, with 800 to 1,200 students and faculty using the facilities. The actual groundbreaking for the building is still in the works.

Executive Director of Development, Kevin Reeks says the center should be completed by the end of 2019.
