The community gathered in downtown lima for a rally to promote medical freedom. The Lima Community for Medical Freedom organized the rally and state that the goal of the event was to deliver a message of freedom both locally and at the state level.

Renovations are still underway at the Ohio Theatre. Located in downtown Lima, the theatre is starting to take shape as crews continue to bring the old theatre into the modern era.

The Lima Police Department states that officers were sent to the Imperial Inn at 131 East North Street at approximately 1:08 AM Thursday in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers found 58-year-old Percy Huffman of Lima in room 109, who was stabbed multiple times.  Huffman was transported to a local hospital for treatment on non-life threatening injuries.

Rhodes State College President, Dr. Debra McCurdy and Lima Mayor David Berger got together for a press conference to unveil great news about an expansion happening in downtown Lima.
