A Lima man pleaded not guilty to the shooting death of Remeal Ingram outside of former downtown Lima bar.
24-year-old Demonta Rogers entered a plea of not guilty on two felonies, murder with a gun specification and discharging a firearm on prohibited premise. Rogers was arrested in September after shooting Remeal Ingram outside of the G-Spot Bar on July 5th.
If Rogers is convicted of both charges, he could be looking at anywhere from 26 years to life in prison. His pretrial is set for December 2nd and his trial for December 12th.
