Rudolph Foods was started in 1955 by John Rudolph, after his wife Mary came up with the family recipe that has kept them in business ever since. Today, the company has seven facilities in the United States and three international ventures with more than 400 employees, while they are the nation's leading producer of pork rinds, it all comes back to family.
