Tonight, a panel of four alumni discussed the barriers and stereotypes that women face in male-heavy roles.

Those on hand were treated to personal stories, testimonies, and advice from each panelist on their experiences in their field.

“They can utilize their degree that they earn from the UNOH and then learn how to make the most out of their career, not just because they're a female working in a predominantly male field, but just how to utilize that degree and be vocal and constructive in their field. Maybe they, too, someday, will be a mentor to someone who's up and coming and turning around and helping those that are coming into the future,” added Danielle McClure, Student Title IX Coordinator.
