Scout project gives Grandma's Garden a lasting upgrade
An Allen County Children's Garden exhibit is receiving a long-needed upgrade thanks to a local Scout working toward the highest rank in Scouting.

An Allen County Children's Garden exhibit is receiving a new vinyl fence through an Eagle Scout project led by Troop 106 member Clyde Allen. The project will replace a decades-old wooden fence with a more durable, low-maintenance alternative while giving Allen valuable leadership and construction experience.
