Hershel Winbush, 68, of Toledo, Ohio, was sentenced to prison by U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary after he pleaded guilty to four counts of bank robbery in Lucas County, Ohio, and for violating the conditions of his supervised release for a prior conviction.

The police department not yet releasing many details, but they were on scene behind a home on Lima's east side, around 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. Police at the location just off of Bellefontaine Avenue reportedly searching for a suspect in an alleged bank robbery on Lima's east side earlier in the day. We will have additional details as the police department releases them.

Detectives state that at approximately 2:45 P.M, a 6-foot-One white male entered the bank through its main entry doors wearing a hoodie with its hood up, along with sunglasses and a red bandana covering his face. The male then demanded cash from the teller. He then fled on foot from the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

After over five years, Brian Matheny's case comes to an end. He was sentenced to seven years in prison for a charge of aggravated robbery. The time is not mandatory and he has been given credit for having already served over five years. Matheny was ruled incompetent to stand trial until he was deemed to be restored in November. But instead of a trial, Matheny decided to plead guilty to his charge. It was in 2014 the northern Michigan man set off down I-75 when he decided to stop in Bluffton to rob the Chase Bank.

The man who allegedly robbed Paulding County bank Wednesday morning was captured in West Palm Beach, Florida, Thursday afternoon. Paulding County sheriff's Jason Landers says that 40-year-old David Abram Ziesel did report to his scheduled appointment at the probation office, but that is when law enforcement arrested him for the bank robbery in Ohio. Ziesel is from West Palm Beach, Florida, is currently federal probation in Florida for armed bank robbery.

A Stark County woman who was accused of robbing four banks in Ohio, including one in Findlay has pleaded guilty to the charges in federal court.

41-year-old Fellicia Smith admitted to four counts of bank robbery in an Akron federal court this week.
